1st XV at Penrith Selection & Directions

The 1st XV travel north this Saturday to face Penrith RUFC in what promises to be a fiercely contested encounter at Winters Park. Both sides have taken maximum points so far this season so its going to be one hell of a battle.

The pack is unchanged from our last league game. In the backs Ezra Hinchliffe returns to the starting line up with Ben Hall moving to the bench. Theres a first league start this season for Elliot Knight on the wing replacing the unavailable Elliott Spears. Callun Harriott-Brown moves to fullback due to Jack Bruce's injury.  

And finally its a landmark game for Hooker Alex McFadden who makes his 250th appearance, great shift Alex!

1.⁠ ⁠Take the M62 (west) / M61 (north) / M6 (north).
2.⁠ ⁠Leave the M6 at Junction 40 and at the roundabout take the 4th exit to join the A66 going east.
3.⁠ ⁠After approximately 0.9 miles at Kemplay Bank Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A686 (Carleton Avenue).
4.⁠ ⁠After approximately 0.5 miles turn left off the A686, then follow the road slight right and the ground is on the left.
