The Club's Annual General Meeting is to be held on 6th August 2026, starting 8.30 prompt. Under Club Rules 9.3 and 9.5, any paid up member entitled to vote at the AGM is able to:
- submit a nomination/nominations for appointment of another member/members to any of the Officer and other positions of the Club,
- submit any other motion about the operation of the Club,
for consideration at the AGM. Any nominations or motions have to be seconded by another eligible member and must be submitted by 30th June at the latest. Forms to be used for this purpose are available and can be obtained from me.
Completed nominations/motions have to be submitted to me, as Honorary Secretary, by 30th June 2026 at the latest.
