U16s: Fitness Training.

Calling all the U16s - Head Coach Kevin Plant has now started his work with the open age sides, for the coming season.

He says that if you'd like to come along and join in as well, for the fitness sessions, then you're more than welcome. 7.00 for 7.30 Tues & Thurs nights from now on.

Nows the time to get ready for another successfull year!
