The Club's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 2nd August 2022, at the Clubhouse. It will start at 8.30pm.
The formal agenda and papers for the meeting will be sent out to Members two weeks before the date of the meeting.
Be there and vote on Heath's future.
Update from Club Secretary:
The Club's Annual General Meeting is to be held on 2nd August 2022. Under Club rules 9.3 and 9.5 any member entitled to vote at the AGM is entitled to submit nominations for appointment to any of the Officer and other positions of the Club, and to submit any other motion about the operation of the Club, for consideration at the AGM. Any nominations/motions have to be seconded by another eligible member and must be submitted by 30th June at the latest. Forms which can be used for this purpose are attached to this email.
Can any completed forms be submitted to me, as Honorary Secretary, by 30th June 2022 at the latest.
