At last – back to League Rugby and it’s our first ever game in National 2.  It's also our first ever game v Preston Grasshoppers.  So, it should be a great afternoon and Heath History in the making.

Like us, they’ve had warm-up games and they beat Rossendale 45 – 12 on the 28th August and Blackburn 23 - 12 the previous Saturday. But they lost to Sedgeley Park 19 – 26 on the 15th. Last year’s League standing saw them finish 9th. League listings, here

1.    Take the M62(west)/M60(west)/M61(north)/M6(north) to the M55. Join the M55 and at the first junction leave the motorway and go left onto the A6 (Garstang Road) heading south.

2.    Leave the A6 at the next junction and join Eastway. At the roundabout take the first exit continuing on Eastway (B6241) and go back under the A6. At the next roundabout take the third exit staying on Eastway.

3.    Continue from Eastway onto Lightfoot Lane (still the B6341). After crossing the railway take the second right into Lightfoot Green Lane.

4.    Take the first left off Lightfoot Green Lane and then take the first road on the right. The clubhouse is at the end of this road.
