Heath at the County Finals, cont'd.

A good number of Heathens gathered at the Club to watch the County finals, with more interest than usual in view of 3 of their friends being involved.

First match to kick off was Yorkshire v Surrey Ladies and Yorks won by 37 - 5.  Friend of Heath Lauren Bolger scoring a try in the second half.  Heath's Physio, Paramesh Mistry, patrolling the touchline with his bag of tricks at the ready.

Following this, Chris Johnson led Lancashire out to take on Cornwall in the men's final.  Chris' kicking was on top form and he picked up the first points of the game with a long distance penalty.  The match went on to be keenly contested with the score 24 a piece and Lancs in the ascendancy at one point.  However, Cornwall ran out winners at 39 - 24.

Strange sight at Heath - everybody cheering for Lancashire !!
